Job Description – Lead Plumber
Lead Plumbers are called on to perform a range of residential plumbing services in both new and older homes. Eligible candidates must have knowledge of mainstream plumbing fixtures as well as high-end fixtures, and must be proficient in the repair and maintenance of both. As a Lead Plumber working for T & S Plumbing, you will be expected, at all times, to maintain a professional appearance, respond promptly to customer needs, and show respect for the homes you work in. This means wearing uniforms and shoe covers, quickly diagnosing and solving a wide range of home plumbing problems, politely answering questions, and leaving our customers’ homes as clean—if not cleaner—than when you arrived.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a residential repair plumber
- Specialization in residential plumbing repair and remodel
- Clean driving record
- Proficiency in iPads and the Internet (necessary for communication and scheduling)
